This customer is very happy with the results. They got a few quotes and found us to be reasonable. We cleaned the building walls, walkway on the front, and concrete at the new car delivery area, along with the windows. This was completed in one day. The customer was made aware before we quoted it that there are some areas that are degraded and some areas that appear to have rust, and they were aware and had reasonable expectations. They did not appear concerned with the rust, so we did not address it. Usually, it is degraded under the rust, and it will not look a lot better when it is already darker appearing. Red rust on stucco is easily removable, but this is not how it appeared. After the job, my contact and the boss were happy with the results. They stated they would use us in the future.
